Susan came to us about 2 years ago wanting to help support the bassets who need a home and offered to pre adoptive for us (IBR) and is still pre adoptiveing and transporting bassets in need of a loving homes. Susan helps in getting bassets to the vets when needed .

MIKE & CINDY CO OWNERS of IBR

Cindy has been into rescue for over 13 years and keeps rescuing her love of her life the basset hound breed. She either receives the bassets from shelters, breeder, dog auctions or and owners and sometimes vets. Cindy is licensed with the state of IOWA Department of Agriculture and MISSIOURI Department of Agriculture ,

Cindy does all the paper work with help from Anne Dean the ASST DIR so if you need more info you need to speak with her only on the important things.

BECCA GWINNER-OFFICER (TRANSPORTER- HOME VISIT SPECILEST for IBR)

Becca came to us about 2 years ago for help placing a basset who was called

MR TOBY KEITH she had no place to keep him for a lengthy time because of personal reasons of a friend of hers who was giving up the basset.

Becca now transports and does all the home visits for us through the state.

Becca is becoming a veterinary here shortly and will be doing all of our care for our rescues. Becca as well as us IBR Team members has a basset MISS MAGGIE and she was a rescue from MABR from MISSIOURI . Becca has done so much for us we can not list everything but one thing she is very great at is home visits and transportation that there helps out so much for our rescue.

ANNE DEAN- (ASST DIR of IBR) as well as Cindy Foxhoven, Anne does paper work for us and does pre adoptiveing and or anything else IBR needs. Anne has been into Basset Rescue for over 20 yrs Anne helped out GABR at one time and also had her own basset rescue called BASSET BUNKERS.

Anne came to IBR as a pre adoptive home for our Military Bassets MISS MAGGIE & MR MAXWELL 4 to 5 years ago before Mike and Cindy had a license to rescue.

MISS MINNIE PEARL, MISS ELENOR ,MR RASCAL and MISS BELL and 1 wannabe basset who is a retriever MISS SWEETIE as well they have RESCUE-pre adoptiveS.

Both Anne and Judy worked together at UNIVERSITY OF IOWA HOSPITAL AND CLINICS.

Judy was trying to find a basset and Anne told her about us and she called and before long she had a baby basset who crossed the Rainbow Bridge. MR .RADAR RB is misses deeply, Judy has adopted another basset from IBR MR RILEY
